In a number of instances, the term PRIME FOCUS is used in the discussions for the objects.  This term means PRIME NEWTONIAN focus on this site.

Where appropriate, links to the Internet Amateur Astronomy Catalog (IAAC) reports have been included.   IAAC reports for a given object will often describe the object viewed from a number of locations using a variety of telescope apertures.
